Pastor Thomas George Biatek, of the United Methodist Church, arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated Police arrested Thomas George Biatek for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a call of a vehicle that had driven through the front yard of the United Methodist Church of Albert Lea, 702 S. U.S. Highway 69, and hit a traffic sign just after 10 p.m. Monday.

Biatek is the pastor for the church.
